SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship orders within India only. Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Processing times may increase during sales, high demand, or unforeseen situations. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or modified.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro areas: 3–6 business days

Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
TRACKING
Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate. Delayed or unavailable tracking does not qualify for refunds.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once the courier marks an order as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
Gym Pro is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Delivery to security, reception, neighbors, or shared addresses
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide:

Gym Pro is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
FAILED DELIVERY / RTO
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect address
-
Customer unavailable
-
Delivery refusal
-
COD rejection
will not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping, handling, and RTO charges will be deducted.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and images.
Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, resolution will be handled at Gym Pro’s discretion after investigation.
FORCE MAJEURE
Gym Pro is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Strikes
-
Government restrictions

Logistics disruptions
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being permanently disabled for the customer.
